• Annual registration includes telephone and online screening components, educational and promotional materials, and utilization reports.
• Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese modules.
• Telephone program begins on quarterly cycles: January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1, given six weeks lead-time (prior to each quarter's start date) for customization of telephone referrals.
• Online program can begin at any time throughout the year.
