Supporter Spotlight: National Association of School Nurses

The National Association of School Nurses (NASN) is a non-profit specialty nursing organization that advances the practice of school nursing to improve both the health and academic success of every student.  This association was established by the National Education Association in 1968 and through the years has continued to develop educational programs for schools with the help of national health organizations. NASN supports nurses in a variety of ways including keeping them informed of federal legislation and issues affecting their school communities.
