Administrative Assistant

Screening for Mental Health, Inc. (SMH), the leading national, non-profit organization devoted to mental health screening and education, is seeking an Administrative Assistant.  Be part of a dynamic team and office dedicated to mental health initiatives and public health programs.

This is a full time position with potential for growth. Primarily responsible for telephone and online support to mental health clinicians nationwide that conduct our programs, including: hospitals, colleges, high schools and public health professionals. Additional tasks include handling client requests, answering phones, data entry, and ongoing administrative support to the staff.

The ideal candidate should have strong initiative and follow-through. This person must also be flexible, resourceful, and professional, be able to hand numerous tasks simultaneously, prioritize, meet deadlines and be a team player.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs  

Highly Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of Access database

Salary in the mid 20’s. SMH is conveniently located off Rt. 128 in Wellesley Hills, MA, with free parking. We offer an excellent benefits package including free individual health and dental insurance, a 403B retirement plan, and a casual work environment.
