Registered CommunityResponse sites receive the community kits for both
NDSD and NASD, in addition to the year-round,
confidential, online screening program that sites may customize to
their specific needs. Also, CommunityResponse sites will receive links
to current articles and online resources with information specific to
co-occurring disorders.
Below are brief descriptions of the kit materials available through the
CommunityResponse Program. Use these kits to host public events in
your community.
Also, CommuniyResponse sites will have access to the current resources
and articles regarding co-occuring disorders posted on our
News Links page. These links will be periodically updated to bring
CommunityResponse sites the latest in co-ocurring disorders
information.
NDSD Community Kit
Materials include: a “how to” Planning Guide, media templates, posters, banners,
videos, clinician education materials, screening forms, scoring instructions
and referral guidelines, give-way items for attendees, and educational
brochures. The community kit includes the screening tools for depression
(HANDS), bipolar disorder (MDQ), generalized anxiety disorder (CD-GAD), and
post-traumatic stress disorder (SPRINT).
NASD Community Kit
Materials include: a “how to” Event Guide, media templates, posters, banners,
videos, clinician education materials, screening forms and scoring
interpretation, giveaway items for attendees, and educational brochures. The
community kit includes the AUDIT (Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test)
screening questionnaire developed by the World Health Organization.
