Telephone-Based Screening


The CommunityResponse® Telephone Screening module has unlimited call capacity. It currently includes interactive screenings for depression, bipolar disorder, and alcohol problems, in both English and Spanish. There is a “warm” transfer option to transfer callers seeking immediate assistance to a designated 24-hour emergency hotline. Organizations can change the introduction and referral portions to reflect the current emergency situation. This module provides biweekly reports on call volume and quarterly analyses of caller demographics, screening results and treatment history.
