CommunityResponse®
Web-Based Online Screening
The CommunityResponse® Online Screening module is user-friendly, yet offers a highly sophisticated/flexible range of options for community, county or state initiatives. The program provides a link to be placed on the participating agency’s Web site taking the user to a welcome page with your community, county and or state logos. The user is directed to take one or more of the following screenings: depression, bipolar disorder, alcohol problems, eating disorders, generalized anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. An immediate result is given followed by your customized referral directing the individual to the appropriate resource(s) for further evaluation and treatment. The online module has many options to enhance a coordinated response in an emergency:

  • Unrestricted, 24/7 usage
  • Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Customized referral created by local city, county or state, directing individuals to appropriate resources
  • Multiple links that can be placed on partner organizations’ web sites
  • Links to national resources or resources of your choice
  • Opportunity to customize up to five additional questions related to a current crisis or other community, county or state initiatives
  • Ability to generate reports on screening utilization, user demographics screening results and treatment history 24-hours a day for any interval of time, as well as correlate responses to additional questions and screening results.
