Sos Register

• Register Online for the SOS Signs of Suicide High school program. A credit card is required. To register for the SOS High School kit, a downloadable registration form (PDF) is also available. 
• SOS Program kits are shipped UPS Ground. If you need an electronic version of kit materials before your kit arrives, please contact our office at (781) 239-0071. 

High School Kit options:

SOS High School Kit
Provides all kit materials necessary to implement the SOS program for grades 8-12.

SOS Downloadable Renewal Kit
This provides schools that have already completed the program in the past with an electronic, downloadable version of the screening tool and easily reproduced supplemental, educational pieces for students and parents.

SOS Booster Kit
The SOS Booster program is a “refresher course” for college-bound seniors and for students moving away from home.
