The kit includes:50 screening forms (with scoring instructions), multiple educational brochures, promotional materials, posters, a banner, videos, clinician education materials, giveaway items for attendees and a downloadable “how to” Event Guide with media templates. Utilize the AUDIT online, no kit required.
