Partner Spotlight:

The Wingman Project is the suicide intervention program created for members of the Air National Guard, as well as their friends and families. The Wingman Project offers a collaborative solution utilizing care providers—Chaplains, Family Readiness professionals and Directors of Psychological Health—to encourage the Air National Guard community to learn and apply the suicide intervention method ACE: Ask, Care, Escort.

The Wingman Project creates training materials, videos and state-specific outreach materials to promote ACE and teach people suicide intervention. Care providers then utilize the training materials to teach others about ACE.

The Wingman Project also provides on-the-go help for Wingmen everywhere with the Wingman Project mobile app, available for Android and iPhone. This application allows users to locate and contact their Wing Director of Psychological Health, set reminders to check in with their Wingman, access the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and watch helpful videos, all at the click of a button.
